A: We do not fill containers that are not sourced through Rooftop Trails.
Q: Where do you source your partners and products?
A: We have established direct relationships with manufacturers and local businesses to provide you with top-quality, sustainable products. Our expertise lies in selecting items that showcase exceptional craftsmanship, ethical sourcing, and environmental consciousness. This unwavering dedication ensures that every product we offer upholds the highest standards of sustainability and excellence.
Q: What standards do you use when sourcing products?
A: We exclusively partner with manufacturers deeply committed to environmental responsibility. Many of our sourcing partners also donate a portion of their proceeds to environmental causes and share our commitment to reducing plastic waste. All products for our refillable containers are received in reusable packaging from the manufacturers, which they clean and reuse after we return them. This creates a completely zero-waste cycle. Our standards are stringent: we select only the finest products in each category, focusing on quality and sustainability. Every item we carry is free from harmful toxins and chemicals.
Q: How do you clean the returned containers?
A: We thoroughly wash and sanitize every container…
Q: What do I do when I run out of products?
A: We are glad you asked! When you are ready for a refill, simply order a refill through our website, or visit us at our store.
Q: What happens if the container breaks?
A: To pay only for a refill, please bring back your intact Rooftop Trails container. If you no longer have it, you’ll need to purchase a new one.
Q: Can I pick up a refill order without bringing the container?
A: You’ll need to bring your Rooftop Trails container to swap out for a full one, as you will only be purchasing the contents inside.
